Unsupported Scope & Limitations
- It only supports Victory motorcycles and does not work with other motorcycle brands, ATV, UTV, snowmobiles, marine jet skis, passenger cars or trucks.
- It is incompatible with aftermarket modified non-standard ECUs and custom racing refitted engine computers.
- This tool only provides electronic diagnosis, ECU coding and parameter calibration; it cannot complete mechanical disassembly, physical hardware repair or spare parts replacement.
- It cannot diagnose vintage Victory motorcycles without factory ECU and standard OBD diagnostic ports.
Additional Equipment & Authorization Requirements
No extra paid authorization, software annual subscription or hardware dongle is required. All full-function licenses for Victory diagnosis are pre-activated before factory shipment. All necessary diagnostic connecting cables are fully included in the package, so no extra adapters need to be purchased separately. A Wi-Fi internet connection is only required for online firmware updates and remote technical support sessions.

- Renewal Fee After Expiry: The annual renewal charge for extended update service is 80 US dollars. Renewal unlocks newly added motorcycle models and newly launched special diagnostic functions.
- Permanent Retained Functions After Expiry: Basic diagnostic functions such as code reading, code erasing and live data stream checking can be used permanently without renewal.
Version Type: Global or Regional Lock
This device is a fully global universal version without any regional lock, country restriction or cut-off of functional features. It supports 13 global multi-languages to meet the diagnostic demands of technicians and users from all regions worldwide.
Official Warranty Period
The whole machine enjoys a 1-year official limited warranty starting from the purchase date. Free repair or replacement service is available for non-artificial damage. Damage caused by manual dropping, unauthorized disassembly, cable modification, water ingress and other man-made failures is not covered under warranty.
