What does this bundle include?

The Flex Heavy-Duty Master SW + RFT™ License bundle includes the includes the Heavy-Duty Master software license (FLS0.15M) to read and write heavy-duty vehicles, the RFT™ – Ready For Tuning (MMS23.001) license for selected ECU and TCU certified unlocks via exclusive protocols by Magicmotorsport. Licenses can be activated by clients who already have Flex or who decide to buy it together with this bundle.

What should I do after my purchase?

After your purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on how to activate licenses on your Magicmotorsport Helpdesk account. Once they’re active, you can use included protocols right away and request the RFT™ service when you need it.

How can I request the unlock of a control unit via RFT™?

Log in with your Helpdesk account. Click on Create new service, then on the RFT™ icon. Fill out the form entering: Technical data of the unit, shipping information (name, surname, address, phone number). You will then get a label to ship the unit. Prepare your package and send it to Magicmotorsport Headquarters. Once unlocked, it will be sent back ready to be programmed with Flex.

Are there any additional fees for the RFT™ service?

The certified unlock can be paid via Green Coins. Master users with an active subscription have 300 green coins per month included. Shipping costs will be billed separately. Slave users can buy Green Coins to enjoy the service.
