4. Please Note the Following Limitations
- Only replace the internal drive motor of ESL lock; cannot repair locked NEC chip faults inside ESL
- Not compatible with other Mercedes chassis (W164, W221, W205, W213 etc.)
- Cannot work alone; after mechanical replacement, ESL programming equipment is required for synchronization
- Does not solve EIS ignition lock hardware damage, only fixes motor mechanical failure
- Not applicable for non-Mercedes vehicle steering lock structures
- Does not support full vehicle ECU diagnosis, key matching or other electronic repair functions
- Please pay attention to small mechanical accessories inside the lock during installation and mark every removed accessory in case wrong parts are installed or any needed parts are left not installed. Also please pay attention when installing the two tactile switches on the board.
