1.The Xhorse MULTI-PROG Pro-level Programmer is designed for:

This bench chip programmer fits professional auto repair workshops, automotive ECU repair technicians, auto locksmiths, vehicle chip tuning specialists, aftermarket performance modification stores, as well as factory staff engaged in mass chip programming. It completes bench-mode reading, writing, backup and cloning operations for vehicle ECUs, TCUs, anti-theft modules, dashboards and various automotive chips.

4. Please Note the Following Limitations

1. The device only supports bench offline programming and cannot conduct direct OBD online operations on intact vehicles.
2. It is incompatible with electronic modules of heavy trucks, construction machinery, motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles.
3. Fully encrypted chips without released official protocols cannot be read or decoded by this device.
4. Aftermarket modified ECUs with non-standard pin definitions are unsupported without matched wiring diagrams.
5. It does not support high-voltage battery management systems and drive motor controllers of new energy vehicles.
6. Special dedicated chip adapters are sold separately and not included inside the standard package set.

5. Hardware Accessories & Licensing Requirements

1. No mandatory hardware dongle or annual paid subscription is required to use all core bench programming functions.
2. The MQB48 license comes pre-installed for free; users only need to bind this programmer with matched Xhorse equipment under one account to activate the function.
3. Certain advanced dashboard calibration functions require separate purchase of dedicated adapter cables.
4. A Wi-Fi network card is included inside the package for free online upgrades, no extra network accessories need to be purchased additionally.
5. All standard bench wiring harnesses and interface boards are fully equipped in the original package, no extra basic cables are needed.

9. Warranty

The main unit enjoys official limited warranty valid from the date of purchase. Free repair or component replacement service is available for non-manufacturing artificial defects. Damage caused by water immersion, falling impact, unauthorized disassembly, incorrect power input and self-modified wiring will not be covered under warranty terms.
