1. Align the three adapter guide pins with the corresponding holes on the BDC2 module chassis.

2. Apply firm, even pressure at the CON7 and CON8 connector areas until the adapter clicks securely into place.

3. Confirm the correct alignment of the RST, EEPROM_2, and GND contact pins.

4. Secure the connection by sliding the adapter's locking latch to the LOCK position.
