4. Please Note the Following Limitations
- Only measures surface temperature; cannot penetrate thick metal, concrete or heavy insulation to detect internal temperature.
- No gas leakage detection function; cannot identify invisible gas leaks.
- Not explosion‑proof, forbidden to use in flammable and explosive hazardous environments.
- Maximum measurable temperature is 662°F; not suitable for ultra‑high‑temperature industrial equipment beyond this range.
- Not applicable for large mining machinery and marine engine thermal diagnosis.
- Pure thermal measuring instrument, cannot read DTC fault codes, perform ECU coding or vehicle key programming.
- No mobile APP support; PC analysis function is only available for Windows operating system.
