- Reset: Supports 7 special functions: regeneration, urea Drive(DEF), oil maintenance reset, injector coding, speed limit adjustment, cylinder deactivation compression, and clutch learning.
- Remote Assistance : Supports two remote diagnostic services: third-party TeamViewer and Launch Tech 2 Tech. Technicians can remotely control the device from a PC to perform diagnostics.
- Upgrade : Supports one-click online upgrade for the app, vehicle model software, and firmware.
- Feedback : When users encounter abnormal situations or malfunctions while using the scan tool during diagnostics, they can submit feedback to us through the Diag feedback. Our technical support team will then follow up and resolve these issues promptly.
- Diagnostic Report : During each diagnostic process, vehicle diagnostic records are generated, allowing for easy viewing and comparison at any time to help pinpoint faults.

5. Hardware Accessories & Licensing Requirements
Diagnostic Cable & Adapters: The standard package includes the main diagnostic cable, SMART OBDII-16E adaptor, CT 9 adaptor, OBD 6-PIN adaptor, and Type II OBD 9-PIN adaptor.
Remote Diagnosis: Remote diagnostics can be performed through TeamViewer or Launch Tech 2 Tech, allowing a technician using the PC client to remotely control the device.
