Overview
The ES300 is a high-voltage insulation resistance tester, used for insulation resistance, AC/DC voltage, resistance, and short-circuit buzzer tests.
An insulation resistance tester, commonly known as a megohmmeter, is a portable instrument specially designed to measure the insulation resistance of electrical equipment and lines. It outputs high-voltage DC(with adjustable voltages of 500V, 1000V, 2500V, and 5000V.
It outputs high-voltage DC, applies it across the insulation medium under test, and converts the detected weak leakage current into an insulation resistance value, so as to determine whether the insulation layer has hidden risks such as moisture, aging, damage, or breakdown.
It supports Insulation testing of high-voltage components such as new energy high-voltage wiring harnesses, battery packs, motors, electronic controls, cables, and power distribution boxes.
NOTE: Not suitable for testing live components; power must be cut off and the components fully discharged before measurement.

Automatic discharge and voltage output warning functions.
When testing the insulation resistance of capacitive loads, the charge stored in the circuit loop is automatically released after the test is completed, and the voltage display can be used to check the discharge status.
Backlight function helps with operation in dim places or at night.
Circuit warning symbol and audible warning.
Circuit detection function: when the voltage exceeds 30 V, the user is reminded to stop the insulation test.
Auto power-off (after 20 minutes of no operation) and battery check function.
Timed measurement function: automatically performs measurement at the set time.
Polarization Index (PI) measurement.
The polarization index is measured through the meter's automatic measurement function, which automatically measures the resistance at 1 minute and 10 minutes respectively. Pass/Fail is automatically displayed at the two time points.
Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR) measurement.
The dielectric absorption ratio is measured through the meter's automatic measurement function, which automatically measures the resistance at 1 minute and 30 seconds respectively. Pass/Fail is automatically displayed at the two time points.
