4. Unsupported Scope & Limitations

1. Not compatible with heavy-duty engineering machinery, ships, motorcycles, ATV, UTV, snowmobiles, agricultural vehicles
2. Cannot handle fully encrypted third-party aftermarket modified ECUs, customized racing ECU without factory standard protocol
3. Only supports electronic programming, chip reading and parameter calibration; cannot perform mechanical vehicle disassembly, engine hardware repair or spare parts replacement
4. Cannot decode fully encrypted OEM anti-theft systems with mandatory offline factory authorization
5. Individual special models such as BMW full-key-lost BDC programming require additional paid G license; MLB platform programming needs separate MLB adapter
6. Vintage vehicles without standard OBD diagnostic port or factory original immobilizer chip are not supported

3. Partial advanced functions need extra paid independent licenses: BMW G function license, MLB platform authorization
4. Matching dedicated cables & adapters are all included in official full configuration package, no extra basic adapters to purchase separately; KPROG programmer is optional additional accessory
5. Wi-Fi network only required for online firmware upgrade and remote official push functions; offline core key programming can work without internet
6. Individual high-end platforms need designated special adapters for full function activation

4. Official renewal fees follow Lonsdor latest unified pricing standard (1st subscription, 2nd subscription, 3rd subscription tiered charges)
5. New vehicle models, special calibration functions and free official licenses are added monthly via online upgrade

8. Global Version Introduction

This is full universal global version without regional lock, country restriction or function cut-off. All pre-installed multi-languages can be switched freely in device settings, suitable for locksmith technicians and repair shops across Europe, America, Asia, Middle East and Southeast Asia. No area-based function shielding, supports global mainstream vehicle brands uniformly.

9. Official Warranty Period

The whole machine enjoys official limited 1-year warranty starting from purchase date. Free repair or replacement service is available for non-artificial manufacturing defects. Damage caused by accidental drop, unauthorized disassembly, self-modified wiring, water ingress, overload power supply and man-made hardware damage is not covered by warranty.
