- Not explosion-proof; prohibited for use in flammable, explosive chemical workshops
- Max measurable temperature limited to 550°C; unsuitable for ultra-high-temperature industrial equipment
- Cannot read vehicle DTC fault codes, perform ECU coding or vehicle key matching (pure thermal measuring hardware)
- TopFix AI advanced analysis function is a paid add-on after the 100 free trial quota runs out
- Not applicable for heavy mining machinery, large marine vessel engine thermal diagnosis
