The Xhorse Dolphin XP-005 is the third-generation CNC key cutting machine, designed for duplicating automotive mechanical keys, modifying key bitting, and handling all-keys-lost situations.
Its portable and compact design makes it an ideal choice for mobile locksmith services and on-site key cutting. The machine is easy to transport and well suited for roadside assistance and locksmith vans.
The XP-005 supports online updates, allowing users to keep the built-in key database up to date with the latest vehicle key information.
The new version of the Xhorse Dolphin XP-005 comes equipped with the upgraded M5 clamp, enabling convenient cutting of multiple key types without frequent clamp replacement.

Xhorse Dolphin XP-005 New Version Features:
- M5 Clamp: The M5 clamp replaces the M1 and M2 clamps, providing better key holding for certain keys. For example, on vehicles like the new Honda Civic, the M5 clamp allows cutting to the key root where M1 or M2 clamps cannot.
- Versatile Cutting: Supports 4-track external, 2-track external, 4-track internal, and channel track keys. The clamp has two sides, A and B, allowing users to rotate the clamp for different cutting needs without repeated installation or replacement.
- Special Keys Support: Compatible with special fixtures for cutting Ford and Citroen keys.
- Optical Assistance: Can connect to photo-taking, tooth-reading, and optical imaging equipment.
- Non-Conductive Keys: Supports cutting non-conductive keys, including plastic keys.
