What is Pluto JLR?

Pluto JLR is an advanced engineering software solution with online server support for Land Rover and Jaguar vehicles from 2017 to 2025. It is designed for professional coding, programming, key learning, ECU flashing, and module configuration.

Pluto JLR provides a complete A-to-Z programming solution for modern JLR vehicles, including key programming for the latest models up to 2025. While flash files for some 2024–2025 models may not yet be available, the tool still supports coding, CCF configuration, and key learning functions.

Genuine Pluto JLR Features

GENUINE PLUTO fully supports new DOIP and EVA2 vehicles and covers most Jaguar and Land Rover models from 2017 to present.

Compared with ECU Diag, which supports 2014–2023 vehicles (excluding the new 2021 Defender), Pluto JLR is designed specifically for newer-generation JLR platforms and advanced programming functions.

With Pluto online CCF functions, users can easily perform modifications and configurations on JLR vehicles, including the latest model years. Unlike Pathfinder, Pluto does not require manual byte editing. The system supports direct CCF data writing and IMC configuration learning, reducing the risk of failed flashing or repeated programming issues.

After connecting the device to the vehicle via OBD, users simply select the required function and start the operation, making the process as simple as a standard service reset.

• VIN Writing Function:
  Supports writing VIN to new or renewed modules only. VIN modification is not supported. New or refreshed modules without VIN data can be programmed with the current vehicle VIN.
• If the vehicle has an active alarm system, the RFA module or chip may still need to be replaced for key programming. Pluto does not disable active alarm systems.

To differentiate between EVA1 and EVA2 vehicles, you can simply check the entertainment system, NGI system is EVA1 vehicle and Pivi-Pro is EVA2, also HPLA & JPLA BCM are fitted in EVA1 vehicles whereas L8B2 & M8E2 are in EVA2 vehicles. This is a short explanation to differentiate EVA1 and EVA2.

Q: Did it program use BCM and used PCM or used Module KVM?
A: If the BCM is locked must unlock then reprogram,  same for KVM, Pcm no problem no need to unlock.
