3. What Vehicles Does It Support?

• Supported Brand: Exclusively developed for all Ducati series motorcycles
• Supported Vehicle Coverage: Mainstream Ducati motorcycle models. Official team continuously adds newly released models and special calibration functions through regular online firmware updates, and complete vehicle coverage, immobilizer and odometer lists can be downloaded from official product resources.
• Supported Electronic Control Systems: Engine control ECU, instrument cluster, tire pressure monitoring module, ABS brake control unit, transmission control module, vehicle anti-theft immobilizer system and all other factory original on-board electronic modules.

4. Please Note the Following Limitations

• Only compatible with Ducati motorcycles; cannot diagnose other motorcycle brands, ATV, UTV, snowmobiles, jet skis, passenger cars and commercial vehicles
• Incompatible with aftermarket refitted non-standard ECUs and customized racing engine control computers
• This device only supports electronic diagnosis, parameter calibration and module coding, and cannot perform mechanical disassembly, physical component maintenance or spare parts replacement
• Odometer correction function requires separate paid license activation
• Some late-model Ducati motorcycles need to purchase dedicated connecting cables separately for full diagnosis
• Unable to diagnose vintage Ducati motorcycles without factory original ECU and standard OBD diagnostic ports

9. Warranty

The whole machine enjoys official limited warranty valid from the purchase date. Free repair or component replacement service is provided for non-artificial manufacturing defects. Damage caused by falling impact, unauthorized disassembly, self-modified wiring and water ingress will not be covered under warranty terms.
