VVDI BE Key Pro Improvements

1. Fixes the issue where W164/W639 EIS data cannot synchronize with the key.
2. Fixes the issue where the BE key may stop working after repeatedly switching the ignition ON and OFF without removing the key from the EIS/EZS, such as during diagnostic procedures and fault code clearing.
3. Fixes the trunk remote opening issue on vehicles equipped with a power liftgate.
4. Fixes the issue where the BE key could only transmit an RF signal once. After the update, the RF signal can be transmitted twice when the key is pressed and released.
5. Optimizes the rolling code algorithm and corrects known BE key errors.
6. Adds a pre-roll algorithm that allows the HASH value to roll ahead.
7. Uses automotive-grade quartz crystal components to improve infrared communication stability.

Note:

The VVDI MB Tool setting takes priority over the SMD resistor. If the key frequency is changed using the VVDI MB Tool, the SMD resistor setting will not take effect. In this case, you must first erase the frequency setting with the VVDI MB Tool before using the SMD resistor to change the frequency.

Frequency Reset via PCB SMD Resistor

Solder a 1K SMD resistor to the position indicated by the arrow to set the frequency to 315MHz. Removing the resistor changes the frequency to 433.92MHz.

How to Assemble the VVDI BE Key Pro Improved Version

This guide shows how to assemble the VVDI BE Key Pro Improved Version PCB with a 3-Button Smart Key Shell for Mercedes-Benz.

1.Insert the VVDI BE Key Pro Improved Version PCB into the key shell.

2. Cover the bottom case.

3. Insert the battery and cover the case.

4. Push the metal strips on both sides into the right position.

If the rear metal component is first assembled, then the metal strips on both sides won't be able to pushed into the right position.

5. Here rearmetal button.

6.Put into the small key and start button.

If you want to disassemble the case, please do it from the last step to the first step.

Note: If the rear metal component is firstly assembled, then the metal strips on both sides won't be able to put into the right position.
