Xhorse VVDI2 48 Data Collector VW Key Simulator (No Need Register Condor)

Xhorse VVDI2 48 Data Collector VW Key Simulator is designed to work with VVDI2 system for copying 48 transponder chips used in 4th immobilizer systems. It supports a wide range of vehicle models including NEC24C32, NEC24C64, NEC24C64 color instrument clusters, A1, A3/TT/R8, Q3, new Tiguan 873B and 883B, and other VAG models.

To perform 48 chip cloning, the VVDI2 system requires VVDI2 48 data collector, VVDI2 4th immobilizer function, a new 48 chip, and sufficient VVDI2 points for calculation.

The copying process requires collecting data from the original working key using the VVDI collector connected to VVDI2. The collector must be placed near the ignition switch or coil while the working key is repeatedly turned ON and OFF to complete data collection. For keyless go vehicles, the key should be placed near the ignition coil with the battery removed during the process.

After data collection, the information is uploaded to the server for calculation. Each successful calculation requires VVDI2 remote points. Once the result is obtained, it can be used to generate and copy new keys.

The system supports ID48 96-bit transponder cloning for multiple brands including Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Honda, Buick, Cadillac, Fiat, Great Wall, Zhonghua, and Volvo.

It also supports PIN code and component security byte retrieval methods. VVDI2 can read PIN code from ECU via OBDII or use existing PIN and CS data. It supports key learning, all keys lost situations, and smart key programming.

For MAGOTAN / CC, it can only copy 48 chip with original key, not support 46 chip, smart key and all key lost.
