Xhorse Smart Key Box User Manual

The Xhorse Smart Key Box is designed to enable smartphone-based vehicle access. After installing the device in your vehicle, your smartphone can function as a car key without the need for a traditional remote.

The system supports the same basic functions as the original remote key, including lock, unlock, panic, and trunk release functions. It also supports keyless entry through your smartphone.

How to Install Xhorse Smart Key Box

1. Remove the original remote control and solder the cable according to the original remote’s diagram, paying attention to the correct orientation.
2. Connect the RF antenna, LF antenna (any two LF antenna interfaces), and the original remote to be transferred.
3. Locate the Vbat and ground wires from the fuse box, OBD interface, or other suitable locations.
4. Locate the ACC signal line (such as the original car radio line that has power after the navigation is on or when the instrument lights are on).
5. Connect the Vbat, ground, and ACC wires from the power supply cable to the vehicle.
6. Set the DIP switch as required.
7. Bind the original remote and your smartphone following the binding instructions.
8. Complete the installation.
9. After installation, place a key near the car and test the automatic lock and unlock functions. Repeat for other keys if needed.
10. Test all functions including unlock, lock, trunk release, and panic via the Xhorse APP.

The safety index is higher than the original remote control.
You can perform "Security Settings" on the "Smart Key BOX" APP.
Even if the phone is lost, others cannot open your car.
You can "turn on verification" in the security settings.
