Godiag Return, Exchange & Repair Policy
Before returning any item to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Make sure you understand our return policy and that all criteria are met before sending items back.
1. When does Godiag provide a return policy?
Godiag offers returns in the following situations:
Product Quality Issues – If the product is defective upon arrival or damaged during delivery, making it unusable, we will provide a full refund.
Special Situations – In certain cases, after consulting with our customer service about your specific problem, returns may be accepted with a 10% handling fee.
Wrong Item Ordered – If you received the wrong product or ordered incorrectly, you may request an exchange, but you will need to cover shipping costs both ways.
Godiag Shipping Error – If we shipped the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs for a replacement. You may also choose a full refund plus shipping, using ordinary airmail to return the item.
2. When does Godiag NOT provide a return?
Returns are not available in these situations:
User Error – If you ordered the wrong item by mistake or the product is not what you wanted (without quality issues)
Damage Caused by the Customer – Products damaged by the user cannot be exchanged, though repairs may be available.
Time Limit Exceeded – Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery.
3. Steps Before Returning for Replacement
Contact our customer service to report the issue—explain what’s wrong and what action you want (exchange/refund).
For damaged items during shipping, we provide free replacementand cover shipping costs back via ordinary airmail.
For wrong items ordered, negotiate an exchange with customer service. You are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Stay in contact with customer service. After inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange and notify you by email.
Important Notes:
• Use ordinary airmail or EMS for returns. Do not use DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or other couriers— Godiag is not responsible for lost shipments.
• All return/exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• Returns are generally sent to our China warehouse. Unused items may be returned to overseas warehouses if applicable.
4. Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
• Refunds are processed within 2 working days via PayPal.
• A 10% handling fee will be charged.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).
• If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.
5. Guarantee Policy
• Most products have a 1-year warranty.
• All products are quality-checked before shipping, with QC labels applied.
Lost Shipments:
• If your product is lost during delivery, contact customer service immediately.
• We will track the shipment and arrange redelivery if confirmed lost.
• Express shipping for redelivery requires customer payment.
6. Repair Policy
• If a product breaks after some use, we offer repair service.
• Contact Godiag customer service to arrange repair.
• Send the item back via ordinary airmail. Repairs are free of ordinary mail charges; express shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
7. Cancellation Policy
1. Within 24 hours: Full refund if you cancel via order center or email before shipment.
2. After 24 hours, before shipment: Contact customer service; if the order has not shipped, full refund available.
3. Order processed but not shipped from China (including Hong Kong): Cancellation possible, but a cancellation fee may apply (contact customer service).
4. Order shipped from China: Cannot cancel; you must return the item after delivery and cover return shipping fees.
