  • Mobile roadside mechanics with limited storage space, no external air compressor
  • DIY vehicle owners for daily self-inspection of vehicle air pipelines

2. Supported Key Functions & Features

The GODIAG C4 supports efficient vehicle leak detection with smoke test and air test modes.

Main Functions:

  • Smoke test mode for pipeline leak detection
  • Air test mode for pressure checking
  • Detect leaks in various vehicle pipe systems
  • Quickly generate smoke for easier leak identification
  • Built-in air pump, no external air compressor required
  • Equipped with cooling fan for stable operation
  • Overheat protection system for safer use
  • Liquid observation window to monitor smoke oil level
  • Pressure output monitoring during testing
  • Lightweight and portable design

Applicable Testing Areas:

  • Intake system
  • Vacuum lines
  • Turbocharger related pipelines
  • Exhaust system
  • Other vehicle piping systems

Note: The GODIAG C4 cannot test EVAP systems. For EVAP testing, a dedicated EVAP smoke leak testing kit is required.

How to Use it?

Preparation
1.Mount the hook to the D screw hole.
2.Plug the power cords in the G socket on side of main unit. Red to red, black to black.
3.Mount the smoke tube to the H vent on the main unit.
4.Unscrew the E cap and fill amount of smoke oil and view the oil level through the F window make sure the oil within the rank of scale.
Note: Too much oil will inundate the hydro-cylinder and too less oil will make less smoke.
Test Run
1.Connect 12V vehicle battery with the clamps on the Power Cords. The Power Indicator will be ON and the unit will start generating air pressure.
Note: red clamp to positive (+), and black clamp to negative (-).
2.Block off the smoke nozzle on the Smoke Tube with fingertip, the Pressure Gauge will indicate the real time output pressure.
3.Switch on the smoke mode switch, the smoke mode indicator will be ON. The unit will start producing smoke.

Note: The equipment will be in self-protection state after a long working time to avoid the smoke maker overheated, the B indicator light will be off.
