VVDI2 BMW FEM & BDC Function Authorization Service Without Condor Key Cutter
Note
VVDI2 now supports BMW FEM and BDC functions. To activate this feature, your VVDI2 must already have the BMW OBD Function (SV86-3) enabled.
There are two ways to obtain this authorization:
1.If you have a VVDI2 with the BMW OBD Function activated, you can purchase this authorization service directly.
2.If you have a VVDI2 with the BMW OBD Function activated and also own an Ikeycutter Condor machine, you only need to pay the required authorization fee to activate this function (SV86-S).

3.If you want other BMW FEM BDC Key Programmer, you can choose YH BMW FEM (SK226) on our site.
VVDI2 BMW FEM/BDC System Functions (Released, No User Manual)
Users can follow these three steps to make keys: Get Key Info → Program FEM/BDC System → Make Keys.
Supported Functions:
- Make new keys using the ignition switch, including adding spare keys and all key lost (all key lost requires ISN).
- Reset FEM/BDC odometer (manual cluster reset required).
- Erase keys (erased positions become blank).
- Backup module coding.
- Restore module coding.
Notes:
- Backup and restore coding can generally be performed directly.
- Adding keys, resetting odometer, and erasing keys require programming the FEM/BDC system first.
- In the FEM/BDC interface, if "Get Key Info" shows unsupported type, use BMW E-sys software to program the FEM/BDC system, then proceed with VVDI2 BMW programming.
- Do not close the software window during "Programming FEM/BDC System" until all procedures are complete.
- Programming the FEM/BDC system requires soldering and reading the EEPROM (FEM: 95128, BDC: 95256). Modules often have two identical chips—refer to the software diagram to select the correct one.
- After programming, restore the original EEPROM and module coding. If coding cannot be restored, or after reassembly the module shows issues (e.g., remote not starting the car or window problems), use BMW E-sys software to recode the FEM/BDC system.
- If connecting power to the FEM/BDC module causes the relay to keep ringing, contact technical support. Usually, FEM/BDC operations are correct, and programming is all that is needed.
