Product Introduction:
After the repair of the battery or modules inside the battery pack is completed, it is necessary to conduct a sealing test before installation. Without this test, if the sealing is inadequate and the vehicle drives on wet roads, it can easily lead to water ingress into the battery pack, causing internal circuit short circuits and ultimately accidents. Therefore, testing the sealing of the battery pack is a mandatory requirement.

The compressed air is used as the medium to apply a certain pressure to the battery pack cavity, and a highly sensitive sensor is used to detect pressure changes to judge its sealing.
