4. Please Note the Following Limitations
- Only supports full-system diagnosis for VAG group vehicles, cannot complete multi-system diagnosis for other vehicle brands.
- No PC software available; diagnosis only works on Android and iOS phones and tablets.
- Does not support heavy-duty trucks, motorcycles, engineering machinery.
- Does not support offline ECU bench programming and complete key matching functions.
- Unable to diagnose old VAG vehicles without standard 16Pin OBD connector.
- New vehicle database updates require paid subscription after the free update period expires.
5. Hardware Accessories & Licensing Requirements
- Hardware has no extra activation charge. Users need to register through the registration card to unlock all software functions.
- Users need to prepare Android or iOS mobile phone/tablet separately (not included in package).
- No extra function authorization fees after registration.
- No additional conversion cables required for standard 16Pin OBD vehicle port.

- 1 year free software update after registration.
- After the free upgrade period expires, the annual upgrade fee is 7.99 USD.
- If the update service is not renewed, the existing downloaded vehicle data can still be used normally, but new model database and new function updates will stop.
- Software updates are completed directly on the matched mobile APP.
8. Global Version
Vident iSmartDiag500PRO VAG is a Global Version diagnostic tool.
It supports worldwide customers and provides multi language software support.
Available languages depend on the latest software version.
9. Warranty
1-year limited hardware warranty. Warranty covers factory hardware defects. Man-made damage, water immersion, overvoltage damage and unauthorized disassembly are not covered by warranty.
