4. Please Note the Following Limitations
- Exclusively developed for BMW motorcycles; incompatible with Japanese/European/American other motorcycle brands, passenger cars, trucks, ATV and UTV.
- Only supports Android 64-bit mobile phones; Android 16 system is not compatible, iOS devices cannot run the APP.
- Mobile APP cannot fully cover motorcycles manufactured before 2017; pre-2017 models need separately purchased 10Pin/6Pin conversion cables and unavailable PC software.
- Hardware supports PC engineer mode, but engineer diagnosis software cannot be provided due to copyright limits.
- Aftermarket modified racing ECUs and third-party refitted anti-theft systems cannot be identified or diagnosed.
- 10Pin and 6Pin special conversion cables for old BMW non-OBD models are not contained in standard package and need separate purchase.

5. Hardware Accessories & Licensing Requirements
- Each scanner is equipped with exclusive independent username and password on the secret key letter inside package; account login activation is mandatory before use, no extra one-time authorization fee required.
- Standard matching connecting cable is included; 10Pin/6Pin adapters for vintage BMW need to be bought separately.
- Wi-Fi network is only required for APP and vehicle data package updates; all offline diagnostic functions can work normally after data download.
- No extra external authorization dongle is required for daily diagnosis operations.

9. Warranty
The scanner main unit enjoys 1-year official limited warranty from purchase date. Free repair or replacement service will be provided for non-artificial manufacturing defects such as Bluetooth connection failure. Damage caused by water immersion, falling impact, unauthorized disassembly and incorrect power supply is not covered by warranty.
